Beyond Rehab is a home visit physiotherapy service founded and run by Uche Ozoemenam, a fully qualified physiotherapist registered with the HCPC and a member of the CSP.

Uche has over 7 years’ experience working across both the NHS and private sector, with a strong focus on helping people regain strength, mobility and confidence in their own homes.

He specialises in supporting:

• Older adults and elderly patients

• Post-hospital recovery

• Falls and mobility problems

• Post-operative rehabilitation

• Loss of confidence and physical decline

With a background of over a decade in the health and fitness industry, Uche takes a practical, patient-centred approach — focusing on real-life improvements that help people stay safe, independent and active at home.

He understands that recovery is not just about exercises, but about restoring confidence, improving quality of life, and supporting both patients and their families throughout the process.

All treatment plans are tailored to the individual, with clear guidance and ongoing support every step of the way.
